Our Wine 101 theme for the March 5th & 12th is New Zealand and Australian wines. We have some whites, sparkling, dessert and plenty of Shiraz! Come learn with us and taste some great wines!
Tastings take place each Wednesday at 7:00 pm. The cost is $20 (tax and gratuity not included). Please contact us to make your reservation. Private tastings are also available.
March Wine Feature:
In hopeful anticipation of spring weather, we are mixing it up this month with white and reds from New Zealand and Australia. We've also taking a bold step and introduced a wine flight dedicated to dessert wines, which these countries do very well. We've got Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Port, a Sparkling Cuvee and plenty of Shiraz. Don't miss out!
New on the Menu:
We've added some fresh new cocktails this month: The Original Whiskey Sour (made with our favorite whiskey: Breukelen 77 Wheat), the classic French 75, a prohibition era recipe called The Scofflaw, and a very refreshing version of the classic Moscow Mule we are calling the Black Mule.
On our small plates menu, we've a spring salad featuring Noble Springs Goat Feta from Franklin, TN. This cheese is creamy heaven. We serve it with buttery bibb lettuce and baby arugula, and top it off with a blackberry balsamic vinaigrette.
For our cheese plate menu, the candied Ginger Gouda is back! This cheese from the Netherlands is the #1 most requested cheese by our customers. We're glad it's back on the menu. We've also got a fabulous beef liver pate on the menu called Gold Medal. As far as we know, we are the only place in Chattanooga serving pate a la carte. If you're a fan, you've got to try it.
